Terms & Conditions of Sales

• Items are non-returnable after 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Returned material must be in original cartons and in a condition to be resold. Credit will not be issued on merchandise returned without prior authorization.
• B&B Lighting Supply, Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• No claims for shortages will be considered, unless reported within 24 hours. When material is shipped by a common carrier, make all claims on the delivering carrier for damages or shortages upon delivery.
• Items are non-returnable after 90 days from the date of purchase.
• If a UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipment is received damaged, report the damage to the delivering company at once and hold original carton and merchandise for deliverer inspection. Or, you may refuse the shipment with your deliverer at the point of delivery. Depending on the deliverer, you may call one of the following: UPS delivery 1(800) PICK-UPS, FedEx delivery 1(800) Go FedEx, USPS delivery 1(800) ASK-USPS.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by bnblightingsupply.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
